I have had this watch for five months now and it’s comfortable but hard to see the display in sunlight the connect app is slow
I find it ok for the money it should do more as I’ve seen many watches on the market cheaper that have more feautures

Ich habe mir die CW500 M für 50€ gekauft. Leider funktioniert das Musik einstellen nicht. Obwohl ich ein Abo bei Apple Music habe und diese Uhr mit Apple zusammenarbeitet. Schade. Aber das ist nicht das größte Problem, immer wenn ich die Uhr aktualisieren möchte werde ich aus der App rausgekickt. Ich habe bereits alles versucht, die App neu installiert, die Uhr neu verbunden. Nichts! An der Uhr kann es aber auch nicht liegen, da das selbe Problem bei anderen Uhren auch vorliegt. Trotzdem nutze ich die Uhr gerne für den Alltag, zum Musik hören habe ich mir einen MP3 Player besorgt damit ich mein Handy nicht herum tragen muss.

LINKING WITH BC 900 LEV
App will not connect with BC 900 LEV ebike computer. Maddening. I followed the instructions meticulously, reloaded the app etc. So I’m ditching this app.
The BC 900 LEV does connect with my Van Rysel e-Bike, as does the Mahle app.
Standards seem to be slipping at Decathlon. A pity. The e-bike wasn’t properly prepared and I had to take it to an independent dealer to get the controller recoded. The store near me (Brighton) capable of doing it never answers the phone.

CW500 S montre
J'adore cette montre et les données qu'elle enregistre, mais elle ne suit pas correctement mes courses. Elle enregistre bien ma fréquence cardiaque, mais pas la distance parcourue. De plus, chaque fois que j'essaie d'ouvrir la section « Zones » de mon activité, l'application se ferme.

Unreliable sleep tracker
This device is unreliable as a sleep tracker and either doesn’t track your sleep accurately or fails to track it at all despite wearing watch band as instructed.

Manque option de partage de tracés, par exemple sur l’app iPhone ou IPad , vers format gpx ou kml. Sur l’application web ça fonctionne mais ce n’est pas le meilleur…

Eigentlich perfekt
Für den Preis eine perfekte Uhr und App, um ein bisschen seinen Sport zu tracken, gerade in Richtung Triathlon. Es gibt alles was man von einer Sportuhr erwartet und den ganzen unnötigen Kram einer Apple Watch braucht man ja sowieso nicht. Nur gibt es 2 Sterne Abzug für 2 Dinge: man kann seine Schlafdaten nicht in Apple Health übertragen und die App stürzt immer ab, wenn ich bei einer Aktivität meine Zonen sehen will. Wenn das beides funktioniert auch gerne 5 Sterne.

A good, no thrills product let down by an absence of clear instructions. I still have no idea what some of the icons represent despite reading the online instructions AND Googling them!

Generally performing very well, However I still cannot acess the configuration facility, it is always disconnected try later. I cannot access the screen editing facility through the App. The device disconnects from the phone Bluetooth when the Bluetooth screen is exited. However all exercise records are retained. No information is lost. Even if the device is removed and repaired.
Thanks to Jerome I am now able to access the configuration facility which is essential for the ease of operation. I have also started to use the online facilities giving me a larger overall view of my activities.

Poor connection
I couldn’t connect my iOS device to the app and it’s just very annoying the fact that I payed 70 dollars to use it and I can’t use it like everyone else I do not recommend this watch
Un peu décevant
Pendant plus ou moins 6 semaines, seulement mes données de pas transféraient en synchronisation avec mon appareil mobile. Maintenant, 6 semaines plus tard, l’application ne synchronise plus et ferme carrément pendant la synchronisation. Allumer, éteindre, log-in, log-out, installer-réinstaller…rien ne fonctionne.
Déçu.
