Not good for drag race

Poor at high level. NHRA top fuel drag race. only 104 db!

I don’t want a bill

Looked like a free app. Nothing in the description about a fee, then it says it’s going to charge $14.99 a week wtf
Who wants that frap!?
Not me I never double clicked to agree to any subscription
This is troublesome. I didn’t sign up for anything do how do I unsubscribe?

Useless

You can capture noise levels expecting some data afterwards.
No data. Just generic displays on the app with no way to download. Then expects you to renew for $19.99 a month. Cancel right away if you expect anything useful.

14.99 PER WEEK

This app is a ripoff at $60 USD.

This app is a scam

This is a subscription farming scam app. Be careful.

Doesn’t work

I have a constant high pitch sound in my basement. Download this app hoping to locate where the sound is coming from. But the dB showing on the device didn’t change much when I was walking around the area it sounded the loudest compared to where is was quite. Glad it was an only .99 cent to try it.

Hidden noise

I used this app to vet potential apartments. I take decibel readings in each room, and it has helped me avoid signing a lease next to a hidden highway noise pocket or under a loud air conditioning unit.

Nice app

I now open this app at concerts and festivals. The real-time gauge lets me see exactly when levels get into the dangerous red zone. When it does, I simply move further back. A great tool to avoid permanent hearing damage.

Noise Level app review

As an avid music listener, I really love having access to this app. I’m very conscientious of preserving my hearing while listening to music. This app ensures that I’m not damaging my ears and should have many more years of listening to look forward to.

Safe levels

I gifted this to my sister when her baby was born. Now she uses it to ensure the nursery is quiet enough for naps, to check if the white noise machine is at a safe level, and to measure the volume of toys.

Çok güzel 🤩

Threshold notification

I love the alert feature. If outside noise like construction spikes above my set threshold, I get a notification and know it's time for a break in my work or to put on noise-canceling headphones.

Before after

As a HVAC tech, I use this app for quick, preliminary sound checks on units before and after service. The ability to save a "before" and "after" reading right on my phone is incredibly handy for customer reports.

Very useful app

Help me a lot to measure the level of noise, record it and win in fight with noisy neighbours

Meditation aid

I use this app to find or create silent spaces. I'll do a quick scan of a room before meditating. It's very effective and turns an abstract desire for "quiet" into a concrete, measurable goal.

Transit recording

The save function is great to log noise levels at the same park at different times of day, or on different transit lines. Let's say I'm fascinated by the soundscape of my city, and I love to capture it.

Problem solved

There was a persistent, low hum keeping me up at night. I used the app to record it at its peak, and it helped me identify it as a neighbor's pool pump. With hard proof I spoke to him and he took the necessary measures.

Data tracking

I suspected my open-plan office was consistently too loud for focus. Over a week, I used the app to record and save noise levels. The data clearly showed sustained averages well into the distracting range.

Accurate tracking

I've tried other dB apps in the past but they were cluttered or just inaccurate. This one is a model of good design: a clear gauge, the essential Min/Max/Avg stats, and a helpful reference chart.
