Absolute scam never subscribed
Response from developer
We’re sorry these charges came as a surprise. App Store subscriptions and billing are managed directly by Apple, and we cannot create or charge a subscription without it first going through Apple’s purchase confirmation process. Please note that deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You can review and cancel any subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. If you believe you were charged in error or would like to request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com and submit the request directly to Apple. We’re also happy to help clarify anything through the app’s support channel.
Works very good 👍
Not functional and erroneous charge
Only a 8 days demo, mentioned nowhere on the app page…
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback. We agree that it should be easy to understand whether an app offers subscriptions or other in-app purchases before downloading, and we’d welcome any improvements Apple makes to increase their visibility. For future reference, the App Store product page indicates when an app includes in-app purchases directly below the Get button. You can also scroll to the Information section, open “In-App Purchases,” and view the available subscription products and prices before installing. Also, you might be interested to know that the app is not limited to a short demo: it also includes a free plan, which can be accessed by closing the payment offer screen without starting a trial or subscription. We’ll continue working to make that option clearer within the app.
Free Trial Tries to Make a Purchse
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the confusion. A 7-day free trial is still started through Apple’s App Store subscription system, so if in-app purchases or subscriptions are disabled on the device, Apple may block the trial and show a “purchases aren’t allowed” message. This does not mean the app is trying to charge immediately before the trial. The trial, price, renewal terms, and confirmation are all handled by Apple before any subscription can begin. The app also includes a free version, which can be accessed by closing the payment offer screen without starting a trial or subscription. We’ll continue working to make this distinction clearer.
