Thanks for the feedback. We agree that it should be easy to understand whether an app offers subscriptions or other in-app purchases before downloading, and we’d welcome any improvements Apple makes to increase their visibility. For future reference, the App Store product page indicates when an app includes in-app purchases directly below the Get button. You can also scroll to the Information section, open “In-App Purchases,” and view the available subscription products and prices before installing. Also, you might be interested to know that the app is not limited to a short demo: it also includes a free plan, which can be accessed by closing the payment offer screen without starting a trial or subscription. We’ll continue working to make that option clearer within the app.

ご不便とご心配をおかけして申し訳ありません。アプリを削除しても、App Storeのサブスクリプションは自動的には解約されないため、Apple IDのサブスクリプション設定から解約手続きを行っていただく必要があります。 請求の確認や返金をご希望の場合は、AppleがApp Store上の請求を直接管理しているため、reportaproblem.apple.com にアクセスして返金をリクエストしてください。 予期しない請求に感じられたこと、申し訳なく思います。今後も、サブスクリプションや解約方法がより分かりやすく伝わるよう改善してまいります。
