Not enough detail
I feel churlish criticising this. What it does, it does OK, but it does not do enough. The Dewey Decimal system has far more depth than is shown here and for may users, Decimator gives up just at the point things begin to get interesting!
Good but needs updates
I love being able to look find the Dewey decimal number for certain topics for certain books but it needs to get more detailed. So many of my books are categorized under 813 or 823 but I know there is more after the decimal point. The app won’t tell me. I have to find other resources to tell me.
Not impressed
I wanted to find the number for "calculus". No luck. "Vietnam War". Nope. "woodworking". Nada. I'm not sure what this app is supposed to do, but it doesn't look up dewey decimal numbers for any but the most basic topics (or one of the detailed topics it has on file, such as "International migration and colonization").

Great for What it's Meant to Do
It's always nice to have Dewey in your Pocket.
Great! But Search function limited
Very handy while browsing at the library. Wish the search function would include more than just the official categories. For example, including 'cheetahs' instead of just mammals. Searching for 'cheetahs' should direct you to the mammals section instead of giving 'no results'
