I was very pleased with the news that a one-time payment license is now also offered for the Deckset for iPad. I did not hesitate to accept this offer. Many thanks to the developer!

How to reach support?
Response from developer
Hey there, Please shoot us an email to support@deckset.com, we’ll look into it! Ps. This option should also be available from app settings
Questionable Business Model
The fact that I now
1. have to pay again for the iPhone application,
2. this is only possible with a subscription
3. the subscription is also quite expensive, I find unwise and greedy , considering that it is actually just a wrapper for Markdown. What a pity. I really like the program on the Mac and I'm always willing to pay money for good software. But I think what is being asked for here is simply too much.
Too little too late
Now it’s kinda outdated in my opinion and just too late to the party.
To be clear it’d be worth it as a free product (and I’m generally a huge supporter for paid apps, devs need to be paid). But I can’t see the value (even just 20 a year) in a product I felt was otherwise abandoned.
Now it’s finally on iOS but is it worth it? Not in my opinion.
Add some presentation features with pencil, Watch or even a dedicated TV app — then it wouldn’t just be a too-late-to-the-party money grab.
Best of luck regardless. But I won’t be a user.
