Amazing App
Since the updated release, I've already managed to tackle some of those cluttered spots around my house, and it feels fantastic. It's incredible how quickly support managed to get solve the problem and get this app operational.

If you’d like direct support, please contact us using the Support button in Settings. I’m also happy to help here. To remove a saved item, you can hold the result on the results or analysis screen. Please note that each result is kept on your device. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so by following this link: https://support.apple.com/en-ie/118428?device-type=mac

Hi there, I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused you. This definitely isn’t the experience I want you to have with the app. The black camera screen and upload issue sound like a technical bug that I’d really like to fix for you. If you’re open to it, please reach out to me at support@ftw-labs.com with your device model and OS version so I can look into this and try to resolve it as quickly as possible. If you’d prefer a refund, you can usually request one directly through the App Store, but I’m happy to guide you through that process as well.
