Doesn’t work and no refund!!!
I paid $29.99 for this app. So I take a pic, let it “analyze” and once I view the suggestion, it immediately lists it as “dropped.” I’m not even sure what “dropped” means because there are no instructions. But all 10 of the suggestions for each item are erased.
My account is SUPPOSED to expire in February of 2027, because I instructed it not to auto-renew at that time. HOWEVER, they cancelled my account already (April, 2026) with no refund.

FRAUD ALERT
#1 App is a joke! I took 3 pictures that said clothes can be stored in closet, no help, useless!!! #2, I didn’t know I was automatically signed up to be charged, then after canceling over a month ago, I’m getting 23.40 charges a week, WTH?!
Expected actionable ideas
It took a pic and picked 10 items to keep or remove and that was the end of the plan it provided. It’s not worth paying for in the least bit. Barely meets the expectations of a free app
Nice idea, but needs work
I love the idea. But the app is not useful as of now. It analyzes a picture of what it sees and you can swipe left or right to keep or get rid of. But then that's it. There are no options delete an item or change it in any way, no option to say “go through” like in the case of a cardboard box. And there is no plan beyond what you swipe left or right. It's just not helpful and I will be asking for a refund.

Keeps charging after I cancelled
I keep getting charges that I have to decline to my credit card after I cancelled my subscription. The price is higher than the app description says; charging me $23 a month. Very frustrating. The app itself was fine but could not identify the items in my room correctly.

Literally points out the obvious. Eg. Make the bed…

Scam ! Once I paid for a week and logged in they take you to another page that you have to pay for . I am trying to unsubscribe . Won’t let me !

Incomplete
This app has good intention but is not looking at the psychology of why there is clutter in the first place. No sufficient suggestion as to why this piece or another is to be thrown out or given away or recycled. Also, no suggestions regarding the type of storage and if it’s best to keep it out or put away in a box… Some people “need” to see their things on display in order to remember they still have the “thing” and not get another one because it is “forgotten” in a box… Some other people are fine to have their “things” thrown randomly in a box, but the box is on display (without having to “see” the stuff inside)… I could go on and on with this… but the point is: this app needs to be a lot more refined if it is to be helpful to anyone.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS
It does not assist you in steps to clean up, ideas of how to organize or even tips on what to put where. You snap a picture, swipe through the items the app lists and keeps a “plan” of the things you swiped left to get rid of. After not picking anything to get rid of, it literally said “don’t have anything to remove? That’s fine, just SHUT THE DOOR AND SCAN ANOTHER ROOM” It’s also STUPID expensive for any app, much less one that doesn’t literally nothing for you. $6.99/first week and $12.99/WEEK after that.

Not working
I downloaded this app and paid for a one month subscription and it won’t even work. I take a photo and it keeps saying error. I’ve deleted the app and I’m going to another one. That’s more reliable.
Confusing
I tried this app but there is nothing on it to explain how to use it. I did take a picture and it analyzed it. The suggestions were good but I couldn’t find how to get back to them after the initial analysis. And it didn’t have any type of option for checking off tasks as they were completed. The 3 stars were earned because of the initial analysis and the fact that I was able to request a refund. I wish it had been more user friendly.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible.
This app does not do what it says. All it does is identify what’s in your photo and tell you to put it away. What a joke. It doesn’t even identify everything properly. DO NOT WATE YOUR MONEY!!!
Useless
App is useless. It gives random and obvious suggestions for organizing any room but nothing specific to the room you’ve submitted a photo for. It took me several tries to log in - despite submitting the right info. Don’t waste your money.
