Honestly this is a pretty good app idea except the way it was made SUCKS it so laggy and inaccurate just read all the other 1 star reviews and they tell u exactly wats wrong with this app 😤

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! I used the website all through December and guess what!? On Christmas, I had to download the app to see my messages. Fine, whatever. I download the app, and an ad pops up. Annoying, but expected. Then a pop-up saying that Rudolph is ‘so tired’ from delivering messages and he needs a treat! They give you the option to either buy something for Rudolph or watch 3 ads. What they don’t tell you is that the 3 ads is actually 6 ads!! I choose to watch the ads, and afterwards, whenever I tried to click on my messages, it would give me the same pop-up!! This app is a complete scam! Do NOT download

horrible app
i waited the whole month of december just to see the 20 messages that my friends wrote me, just to see that i have to download the app. ofc i downloaded it bc i had been waiting a while to see the messages that my friends wrote for me. after i downloaded the app, it said that I had to watch an ad or pay to see the messages. i was already rlly annoyed at that point bc I HATE ads but whatever. i watch the ads and finally after 6 of them it says I can see my messages. you know what? IT DELETED ALL OF THEM. the one thing I was looking forward to was gone. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING
On Christmas, I was excited to open tree messages on the site and I had to download the app in order to check them. I did that, and now everytime I open the app, it says “service is unavailable”. I tried checking in between hours after hours and it STILL says service is unavailable. How am I supposed to check the messages on my tree my friends wrote for me? Soooooooo frustrating. Do better please.

now why would you do this
last year, this website was great. there was a bit of traffic, sure, but it was fine. now we have to watch a bunch of ads instead of just putting an optional donation.

youre better off just staying on the website and waiting the extra day. there’s an ad every second and not in a exaggerated way.

i decided to have my own deco tree this year after getting links from friends in the past and i was excited to open my letters/ornaments today because the whole concept of the tree is you don’t open the messages till christmas right? well i go to open the messages on the website and it makes me download the app OR i can open the messages on the 26th so tmrw. i decide to download the app and i am met with an ad. after the ad “rudolph” tells me either buy someone a coffee???? OR watch 3 ads. anyways i watched the ads and rudolph says the same thing AGAIN. keep in mind these ads were decently length and i assumed it would be worth my time. I THOUGHT WRONG! such a waste of time and effort when i have no success in even seeing my messages from my friends. i would not recommend wasting your time on this app, yes the idea seems fun and cute but in reality it’s waste of time and an absolute disappointment if you’re expecting to actually open your messages on christmas day. i will try again tmrw on the website but i’ll be very shocked if it actually allows me to see my messages. awful app. also i have an issue with using it while connected to wifi, i have to disconnect my wi-fi and use my data anytime i go on their website or app which isn’t that big of a deal but definitely something they should fix. and it’s not because i have bad wi-fi because it’s the only app that does that to me and my friends have the same issue. ANYWAYS DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!

Evil app
I couldn’t even log in to my tree to see the messages and why do you have to download the app you can do everything but see the messages on the website. This is not a good app it’s easier to go ask the people that left you the messages what they wrote.

Ad Infested App
You're better off just waiting till Dec. 26th to read your letters; the app is infested with ads, and it forces you to watch one before you can even watch the 3 ads for Rudolph. Cute concept, does NOT need *this* many ads.

I was originally using the website and it was great but on Christmas Day low and behold I must download the app the see my messages. Once I downloaded the app I had two choices either pay for a hot coco for rudolf or watch “3 ads” which is actually 6! And this is all because Rudolph worked so hard to deliver my messages and he deserved a treat…yeah right. Along with my messages I also got tons of ads throughout reading them. This whole app is just trying to sell you stuff and make you watch ads. Do NOT recommend.

This app just wants you to watch ads and ads to get a butt load of money and that’s all this app is for and in exchange they get to “pass” messages. Just keep it in the website… it wasn’t this bad last year

I was using the website, which barely worked, and then it told me I had to either wait 24 hours to see my tree, or download the app to see my messages. Come to find out, I either have to PAY to see the messages my own friends left me, or i have to watch ads? Absolutely insane. Cute idea, greed execution. Don’t waste your time, just ask for christmas cards instead.

Genuinely absurd how many ads i had to sit through. Never using this kind of thing again. I shouldn’t have to watch 7 ads back to back just to look at some damn messages

This app shows maybe 2 ads every 5 secs. You can open your messages on Christmas, but first you need to either watch 6 ads ( disguised as 3 ) or buy the developers something
