Pay with “tokens”
Your $9.99 purchase only gets you 2 designs. After that you must purchase additional $9.99 tokens for more designs. What a rip off.
Have to pay after you pay
I wanted to use the app to help redecorate a couple rooms. I paid the weekly 9.99 but then to use the features to decorate a room you have to either earn coins or buy coins.
Scam
I paid for a week to test it, but after about four uses, it turned into a game, constantly asking for more payments, rewards, or points. It felt like a scam. The app has potential, but it should offer a full experience without constant payment prompts.” Feel free to tweak anything to match your voice!

Not user friendly and requires $ continuously
This is not a user-friendly app, and doesn’t actually provide usable suggestions for late people. For example, I asked it to simply swap out a rug that I don’t like for a different type of rug. And it gave me an entirely different room. Unimpressed. Spent $10 buying it, another $10 for additional stupid coins, and got nothing out of it.

Great App
I’ve been using it since 2018. It is the only app that lets you upload your own items. It certainly is a novel idea and I believe it bus the only decor app that lets you do that. I mostly find things on Pinterest, edit them, convert them to PNG files and can place them in the room to decorate your space. You do have to rely on outside apps in order to do that since there’s no reliable tool to edit an image within the app. They do have a background removal tool but it is horrible. I’ve made friends with many of the designers and during the pandemic we kept close watch on each other. It is really a cool app. I don’t see myself ever quitting it. I hope they stay around for a long time.
