When it works it’s a pretty good system. Switch turn on and off based on schedule and you can override with the physical switch. However every time there is a power outage the switch freaks out and loose time or timezone. Then the schedule is off and you have to reprogram each switch.
Dies in a few weeks
Disconnecting power, reinstalling app, nada. Worked fine for a few weeks now cannot pair. Returning the dimmer. Update 2025: no longer connects to DDMX1. No amount of power cycling or factory resets works. I can see the device but it’s always not ready and connections always fail with unknown error. Do not purchase or install.

Programs work fine then don’t
Programming works fine when you first setup but then just stops working. Have to delete and setup programs again. Fine for a month or 2 but then stops. Sometimes quits after a few days.
Garbage
Does not connect, always paring by the time it pairs you could have walked to the switch and back 10x
Buy something else
Worked okay for a couple days. Now can’t get it to pair. Try to reinstall app, not working. Terrible
Works great!
I have used this switch about 15 years now and never had any problems. On at sunset and off at sunrise. I only have to log on the app and if we loose power to update the switch again which I think was only about three times in 15 years.
Terrible product
Very disappointed! Nothing but problems when they occasionally work. I do not recommend

App is poorly designed can,t be depended on to work regular .Called tech support they know less than the consumer.

Bluetooth worked fine with my iPhone first time, had to uninstall and reinstall the app on my iPad and then it worked just fine.

These switches are absolutely terrible. If you just purchased them return them before you spend money installing them.
The app is pretty easy to use the only problem is the switches do not maintain the programming and constantly need to be updated.
The customer service is horrible when you call them there is very little they can do. After spending hundreds of dollars having them installed it’s your problem to get the electrician again to take them out and put new ones in that are going to be just as bad. I wish I could give it zero stars.

A real dud
This app is so bad, everyone has crawled under a rock. I can’t reinstall, there is no support. $50 light switch which is less effective than its $1 toggle equivalent. Shame on Leviton.
THE WORST!!!
This is the absolute worst app and timer system I’ve ever bought! DO NOT BUY!!!! It never stays on schedule and we basically have no timer with this system. I need to replace it with another brand that actually works.
Waste of money
Innovative intention - doesn’t work and/or doesn’t work consistently. No tech support. Th functionality isn’t feasible without the working ap.
Reliably Unreliable
I have a single light switch of this brand and it’s just a pain to try and actually do anything with. Sometimes it works fine and the UI is passable, but it’s simply to unreliable. Even when it does connect it’s slower than most products from my experience.
Some work some don’t
I have 4 Bluetooth switches, 2 of them connect and do everything they advertise. The other two won’t even connect. When I try to connect all it says is “something went wrong.” Obviously! How about you tell me what’s wrong so I can do something about it!
Integration
That app does what it’s supposed to but I wish it can be integrated into the My Leviton app. I have a wifi Gen2 switch in addition to these Bluetooth switches and I have to use two different apps. It’s redundant!

Not fit
This app is junk I bought the dimmer switch and downloaded app it worked great for a month and then it stopped ..... please don’t buy these switch’s and expect this app to do its job it’s not fit.
Works smooth
Was easy setup, timers works as charm could be helpful this app should be on Widget I’m tired open it he app every single time to turn off/on the lights and timer.
Have to sync and upload schedule every 2 to 3 days
It works ok for one light system - for multiples, I can’t imagine the headaches. The system forgets the schedule about every 2 to 3 days and so to prevent, I stand next to the device, connect and open the schedule to remind or re upload. I’d change any other system, WiFi based etc vs this one
