Great player than Apple Music

I love the app but would like to see improved features like Playlists and Favorites inclusion.

Looked appealing but can’t use

Downloaded this to play offline music, looks appealing however the one way I’d like to transfer my music is unable. I have the files from my portable ssd, send them to files app and VLC, Flacbox all find them, this app can’t do that and it’s a shame.

JetAudio Refugee

Found this after jetaudio stopped working on me. Love that any music files uploaded aren’t tied to the app itself, unlike JA where uninstalling it deleted all of my music. Just wish there was a way to sort by folder name instead of album since featured artists and differing labels causes songs to be separated into multiple albums though that’s primarily an Apple issue. That along with a shuffle play feature for uploaded custom playlist folders would’ve made this the perfect app.

It needs an option to playback from the actual folder instead of the album

I have a few albums with inconsistent metadata across the tracks. I can change this, but it would be cool if I could play tracks from the order visible in the "files" list. Since the app only sorts by album, I have to manually cycle between albums to listen to all of the tracks.

This app is still excellent in its current state (April 2026) and better than others I have access to on IOS, so it gets a recommendation from me.

Great app but needs a couple of features

A repeat option for tracks and a proper way to import albums locally (instead of having to share them to the app) would make the app 1000x better

Very specific use case

It seems like a solid music player, if you only listen to music by album. No tracks tab, nor any way to create playlists

Unacceptable to not have Shuffle

This app would be perfect if there was a shuffle feature. It is 2026. There is no way to just hit play. You have to go in and select which artist or album, you can’t even hit play from a list of all the songs.

This app encourages you to dump all your music onto your phone, but the downside is, you have to purposely pick what you want to listen to every single time, every single song, and it takes you out of the experience.

You can’t even drive with this safely because you constantly have to browse your library - by artist or album, mind you, or just know exactly what you want to hear.

It’s unfortunately lacking in big ways which is a shame because it has a lot of potential.

Amazing! But, Playlists?

Dude! How could you come this far and forgo playlists? Super shame! Only one star off tho!

Incredible app

This is probably the best flac player I’ve used solely for the fact that it’s one of the few flac players that can actually transition songs seamlessly which as someone who listens to a lot of Grateful Dead and frank Zappa this great. The only thing I would like which is just a personal life improvement would be if instead of just labeling albums as “24 Bit Flac” the app would include the kHz as well. Also if on the player itself it could display “Flac 24 Bit 192,000kHz” it would just make things look better but either way this is the best flac player you can get, thank you and I hope you keep working on this incredible app

Great app

If you want to listening music on iPhone, this is the best option.

Basically perfect.

I appreciate the simplicity of this app. For PC it can be as simple as starting the phone's FTP server and then dropping in files from the Windows Explorer.
The only issues I've ran into and since solved are:
1. Uploading an album with a .nfo file will crashed the app permanently (this was not on my phone but a newer iPhone which may have some "anti-pirating" software associated).
2. Some metadata must be consistent or songs will be placed in different albums. MP3TAG is a good software for correcting this.

Useless

Unless you want to follow the specific rules that the app developer has set, this app is trash. There’s no way to (completely random example) play music that is already on your phone locally… Can’t imagine why anyone would want to do that.

Zero thought put into actual end user experience.

Possibility to add a playlist function?

Great app! And perfect simplistic design. Hope to add a playlist function.

Frequent Crashes

Very nice app and plays music fine but crashed whenever I transfer through web, app is then unable to open back up.

Great (and only?) proper local music file player

I was beginning to think that being able to play local music files or having some sort of interoperable music player was against Apple guidelines or something. I’m happy that there’s at least one app that lets me use normal, local files like back when we still had control over our devices.
While I would prefer to be able to somehow select a local folder to automatically import from (so I can use syncthing) I assume this is something that I will simply does not allow? Not sure. The import file / ftp /WebDAV workaround is acceptable.
Thank you for making this app 🙏

I wish every app was this free!

Plays music, super fast FTP transfer, and its ad-free, upgrade-free, and plain old free!

Could be better

Can you please add the ability to create playlists?

How can it miss essentials?

A simple folder playback and a simple play all songs are the essentials of each music player. How to not implement those?
Also, how to forget to implement a compilation recognition? Instead the app lists the album of various titles = compilation, 15-19 times (for each song separately).
