When I met Deeboss fitness I was going through A rough time in my life. I had low self-esteem and was embarrassed of my body. I would always see her training people and thought I can do this but it took me a little time to really have the courage to try. when I did she was very nice and funny and overall motivating and encouraging. I told her what I wanted to work on and she was very understanding. So over this journey I told myself I don’t care how long or what I had to do I was going to do it.
She has been nothing but a great coach and now I can say a good friend. Deeboss fitness app has been so easy to use and when your on the go you can still get your workout anywhere. I thank her and love the app. The app even shows you how to do the workout and help you to stay on track with your water intake your nutrition also you weight progress.
