I’ve been part of Deepak’s organization off & on for years. I have always appreciated his approach to what it means to be human. I get day-to-day from everywhere else, steeped in daily goings-on reality, but it is refreshing to be part of someone who wants to elevate us to be more & to be better.
Chopra Meditation Community app
Being a part of this community thru this app has been an uplifting, healing and educational experience. I have been reading Dr. Chopra’s books for decades; purchased over a dozen 21 day meditation programs and learn something new each time. The app offers so many educational opportunities to expand our level of consciousness through meditation programs, discussions, interacting with other members and the Chopra Team is always friendly, helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this app for anyone seeking to uplift their body, mind and spirit.

Supportive and warm community
This is an excellent app. Deepak and his team personally interact with community members. The meditations and videos are supported via these interactions, which helps to elevate and support my growth. I love staying engaged this way as having a community like this is essential to my deeper understanding of consciousness.
