Unreliable

Watch does not remain paired, ECG does not work and all the additional watch faces on the app have disappeared so can no longer have a watch face that is preferable to me. Shut the watch down, turned back on, tried reset, re installed app to see if that would rectify problems but nothing worked. Messaged DeepFit customer service and had no reply.

Great app for medical grade watch

App works great. No bugs noticed. Syncs quickly. Integrates with Apple My Health. Easy to customize features on watch, and navigate multiple data. Easy to read information. Thank you developers!

Steps not recording again

You have updated the app but now the step counter is not recording. Please fix asap otherwise the watch/app is useless without it. Also blood oxygen does not record below 96% despite multiple requests.
