App works great. No bugs noticed. Syncs quickly. Integrates with Apple My Health. Easy to customize features on watch, and navigate multiple data. Easy to read information. Thank you developers!
Steps not recording again
You have updated the app but now the step counter is not recording. Please fix asap otherwise the watch/app is useless without it. Also blood oxygen does not record below 96% despite multiple requests.
Suggestion
Can you please include Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measurement to the app. The watch TK22 has the capability to measure it, but the app doesn’t collect the data.

Still needs fixes
It’s always worked pretty well until my watch went an hour ahead of time.I did the new, download and upgraded it, but the new version added 20 points, upper and lower to my blood pressure and I know that’s not true.
App Update Causing Problems
Since the App update 7.9.1.2, the watch is one hour ahead of my iPhone. I have emailed the App Company with no response. This makes the watch unusable.

Setting watch. , manual of instructions
Please send me a operations manual for my tk29. I am unable to set the watch to the correct time. The manual sent with the watch is not helpful at all.

Time not correct
Just setting it up and there is no way to manually set time! It is one hour off for my time zone or location in Anchorage, Alaska.
If that was fixed ASAP I will change my rating. When I went back to Apple where I downloaded the app there was a help link that takes you to a website that is written all in a foreign language so no help at all.

Not good
Due to this update you’ve made my watch unusable. I’m now longer on summer time I’m 1 hour ahead. I’ve had a problem with this app since I’ve had this watch. It shows the time when you take a reading. Well that reading is 11 hours out. Rendering that reading useless. It’s not using system time. And I’ve got photographic proof. It says it gives Apple mail notifications well it doesn’t. The only notifications I get are WhatsApp and text messages. It’s got no notifications for yahoo mail. The mail system I’ve been using for decades. The screen cut off always default to 3 seconds. Even if you change loads of times. It’s got that bad I’ve had to buy another smartwatch. So well done guys.

I noticed the watch or app do not provide details of anytime I sleep during the day except the between 11pm till morning time. Rather I have other watch devices that does it...

Unable to install app
Sends a 6 digit code to email but when cod is entered correctly give error code is 6 digits even after checking the recode several times currently return watch for refund as unable to progress further

The tk12 blood oxygen
Please can we have the oxygen values displayed below 95% so that it can be checked against a medical oxygen meter to see if appropriate action should be taken in the event of an emergency. If this was done 5 stars would be awarded. I need this as a medical oxymeter is no good for me as I suffer from Raynaud’s disease and COPD and the watch never shows values below 96% even though the actual reading is well below that sometimes. Also it would be really helpful if some of these reviews received comments from the software writers. We would at least know that our comments have been read and in some cases actions have or will be considered
