Outstanding camera and outstanding service
Working as a Parks And Recreaction supervisor I needed a top-notch system and top-notch service to be able to monitor the areas that we continue to have problems with. Just installed camera. It is doing great. Software seems to be responding well. Like the product.
Maybe good for a trail cam
$15 a month to have less features than a Chinese 4G camera that costs half as much. The Ubox cam is way better. This pos is literally just an overpriced trail cam that swivels (barely).
Need to add option!
Overall the app seems good! If I could add one thing, it would be the option to block out certain pixels areas of the screen where you don’t want it to catch motion. Example you have it pointing to an entrance but there’s a rd off in the distance that you don’t want it to catch motion every time a car comes by, just when they pull in the entrance. Being geared towards a “security camera” than this option should be available like most other security cameras. Thanks!

Extremely Useful
We use these cams at our hunting property. Placed high in trees, these are super effective at both capturing wildlife and deterring trespassers. Instant alerts in my phone allows me to capture photos, record realtime videos and if necessary, to alert the Sheriffs department. Helps us protect our ATVs and tractors from theft as well.

I was skeptical about paying $200 for this Camera but besides the time lapse of a couple of seconds, it works really well-I have this at my property.

Takes good photos, but…
The camera takes good photos, but it doesn’t store them and only allows a certain number of photos. I won’t buy another one for this reason. Also, the camera doesn’t notify me when a photo has been taken. The purpose of a security camera is to notify you when the camera is triggered.

I purchased the lactacam
Defend 360 Cellular Security Camera to monitor a remote property, and it has been
extremely disappointing. The pan/rotation feature does not work reliably. The camera is supposed to rotate back and forth to monitor the surrounding area, but it frequently gets stuck and stops moving. The only way to correct it is to physically go to the camera and manually turn it. For a camera designed for remote monitoring, that completely defeats the purpose. The video functionality is also very frustrating. Even when you request a video through the app, it often takes a long time to receive it if it comes through at all. On top of that, there are limits on how many videos you can request, even if you are paying for the premium subscription. For a security camera, this makes the feature far less useful than advertised. Another downside is that the camera does not support two-way audio, meaning you cannot speak through the camera to someone on your property. Many much cheaper cameras offer this feature, so it's surprising that this one does not. The zoom quality is poor as well. When you zoom in, the image quickly becomes very pixelated, making it difficult to clearly identify anything in the frame. Considering the price of the camera and the additional monthly subscription required to use many of the features, I expected a much better product. Between the unreliable rotation, delayed or unavailable video requests, lack of two-way audio, and poor zoom clarity, this camera simply does not perform as advertised. Overall, I would not recommend this camera. There are better and more reliable options available for the price.

Off grid Homestead Monitoring
I looked at every option in these cameras are the best for us. They stay. Fully charged up with the solar panels. The photos and videos are pretty clear and the Tech interphase isn’t too bad. I’ve had a couple of problems, but at the end of the day, what’s the best about this company in my opinion is how well their customer service provides support. The last three people I have spoken with were amazing including one just two days ago, though I can’t remember her name. I would definitely buy these again and they are going to be used as our auxiliary units after we get our hardwire underground cameras, put up around our 60 acre property.
