• Preset Widget: You can now add presets to the new Play-Fi widget on the iOS Home Screen • US Residents can enjoy Radio.com, a free new music service and listen to exclusive local and national radio stations, such as KROQ, Jack FM, and more! • Residents of Australia, Canada, and New Zealand can now enjoy their favorite iHeartRadio stations and podcasts through DTS Play-Fi. • Transfer Button: For certain Play-Fi products, you will now find a new button on the Now Playing screen to transfer playback from the app directly to the product. • Transfer Preset: A new option for presets allows you to automatically start playback from the Play-Fi product when recalling the preset. Great for parties!

Less than 1 star. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME!

Read all the reviews before consideration of this product. Dreaded the day I bought this. It’s been nothing but a let down. Frustrated with a whole host of issues listed on others reviews!
Nothing has worked right ever since I got it and I received no help from their support. They blamed it on an Internet issue which is clearly not the case.
When we have people over for parties I recommend they never buy this product!

Less than One Star

Play fi is just bad. It’s 2022 and this app feels like something from 1992. Clunky and most of the Apple Songs on my playlist aren’t compatible. They shot themselves in the foot not making any app on your phone discover your speaker as an output. 10 steps to play a song when on other apps it one click. Had the app for two years with my Definitive speaker and they haven’t updated it at all. What a waste.

This app is great, wish speakers did not get disconnected from the app so often though. That would be a great improvement, thanks!

Worst App and Support

I wish I had never invested in my W7 speakers. I put them throughout my home. They are spendy but it was a long term investment I thought I would enjoy.
Was I wrong. The app stinks. It is hard to understand. Too complex for the average guy. And for a woman like me it is worse.
I am constantly getting disconnected from the app.
Pairing is a joke. Every time my speakers won’t start up I have to drag them to my router to pair.
I wish someone that cared within this company would pay attention to these reviews.
Seriously I am an unhappy customer.
