But I guess that's an insult to drunk monkeys. When a competitor with an ounce of competence and sense of customer service decides to emerge, Defy will be done.

Can’t even log in even after multiple attempts of removing and reading app

I was forced to use this app to try to make an appointment so I tried. I kept selecting different providers and selecting timeslots that provide provided to me as open. I would select the slot, select continue, and I was told that the slot was not available. I repeated that literally 20 times with different slots and different providers only to hear the same response from the app. Was no testing done with this?

Doesn’t work
Seemed okay when I first downloaded. Now it doesn’t even have anything. Click on it and it is just a screen that says “Defy Medical”. Can’t log in, log out, nothing. App is up to date. Useless.
