Vids not playing or downloading from app
On android, the vids do not play in the app, nor show even a thumbnail when downloaded and still don’t play. Using the web on mobile, the vids do not indicate video with the icon and do not have an option to play. Worried that I’ve lost my vids playability.
Confirm each upload by searching the date manually. Sometimes it says uploaded when it is not.

There’s not enough space on your phone to back up
This error message comes up when I have 9 gb of free space. So I need an empty phone before I can upload? Ridiculous

They did not give me the option to bulk-download my content before reducing my free storage, and proceeded to lock me out of the app altogether.

Great storage but clunky app
I like that this company offers an inexpensive option for cloud storage. My only issue for the app is it doesn’t back up on its own reliably. There are many photos and videos I have which are missing, so for me to delete pictures to clear some space on my phone is a tedious process of checking Degoo storage if the pictures and videos are there or not. If they can fix this software issue, easily would be a 10 star product!

Degoo removed everything
I used Degoo since 2021 with lifetime 10TB package. Why not? It was cheap and it was on mobile. My phone struggled to upload files which were thousands. The app needed to be opened all the time of uploading. The app tried to load all the cloud photos into the app while opens and the app eventually crashes (most likely inefficient memory) before all the new photos were uploaded. I was thinking it’s all good. I can go with that since I know that all my old photos were already archived here. I haven’t used the app for a few years but the app was always in my phone. 3 years passed. I wanted to find an old photos and opened the app. The app opened fast not like before. Then … I found nothing. I installed the app into my new iPhone 14 Pro and it was the same. All my photos were gone. The account was empty 10 TB with all my archived photos gone with no trace of anything left. My additional bonus storages were also gone. The account was reset like a joke. I received no warning or notification in my email as well. At that point I won’t bother complaining for less than 100 euros and I had most of the photos saved in some old HDD which was more reliable. Lesson: never rely on a cheap service to archive your data for lifetime.

I need my videos back
I used to download videos from this app,until few days ago I cannot view them or download them. I don’t n ow what ya doing but ya need to get this app working. There’s valuable videos that I have. Thank you. Hope to get a response back asap.
Poor customer service
I have been trying for years to get access to my files, only to be told that they deleted my account because my files were above the allocated amount. The last correspondence I got from them was July 2023. Stay away from this app.

Absolutely rubbish service. Claims copyright on your own photos, and then deleted your entire account. Scam service. Do not use.
