I’ve never like this on iPhone
The way this app backs up on Android is so much better. Not a fan of it on my iPhone. And now on iPhone if it’s backing up photos/videos and I switch to another app, a banner for iDrive is at the top in the way of navigating whatever app I’m on. If I swipe it out of the way, it’s always in the island with message “task failed”. It takes multiple attempts to upload.

Terrible App
It freezes up and does not work most of the time. I didn’t even know there was a bug fix update until it asked me to submit a review then I saw the update for bug fixes, that didn’t help mine!
Impossible to cancel subscription from phone
Enter email and password and cancel, get prompted with an offer for a discount, choose cancel and get sent to login screen again, try X-ing out of discount offer and get sent to login screen.
Account cancellation
Despite repeated attempts I can’t cancel my account while the company continually attempts to charge my credit card.
So far so good
Using idrive for dropbox, 365 and iphone backups - support is very very good
