THEY HACK INTO YOUR PHONE AND SAY YOU NEED TO CALL THEM THEN WILL MAKE YOU DOWNLOAD THIS AND GIVE YOU ACCESS CODE SO THEY WILL GET INSIDE UOUR PHONE!! THIS IS SCAM! THEY WILL GET INTO YOUR WHOLE PHONE AND HACK YOUR DETAILS!

These people are only looking to get into your bank account and take your money. When I refused to allow access I was threatened! & told I double. Be put on a list that guaranteed Apple would not ever offer assistance. He told me there were numerous hackers out there trying to steal my information.

ORkla India for refund and the executive on call asked me to
Install app, then he told me to click the option and allow,it was to allow share screen with technician.When I said why asking a screen share he said you can click it wouldn’t share.It has never happened before for a refund you need to install app and share screen.Yet another way of scamming.
