About

Fold for an angle. Flick for a score. Degree turns your iPhone’s movement into a simple, playful readout. ON A SUPPORTED FOLDING IPHONE See the live hinge angle on a 0–180° scale, with a device illustration that follows the fold. Play the angle game: reach a target within ±2°, see how far you have to go, and hear a success chime when you get there. Start a hinge Live Activity for an at-a-glance reading. While Degree is in the background, it displays the last measurement and its time. iOS controls Dynamic Island presentation. An optional fold shortcut experiment provides prepared shortcuts and setup instructions. Each run selects a different wallpaper color and plays a glass-crack sound so you can investigate the fold triggers available on your device. You choose the wallpaper, permissions and automation in Shortcuts. Exact trigger timing is not guaranteed. ON OTHER IPHONES Make a gentle wrist flick and earn a score from 0 to 100 based on motion and a clean return to rest. Reset whenever you want to try again. Extra force stops adding points beyond the cap. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Readings and flick scores are processed on your device. No account, ads or analytics. Optional shortcut logs stay local unless you export them, and you can clear them in the app. Requires iOS 27.0 or later. Hinge features require a supported folding iPhone with iOS 27.1 or later. Fold automation availability depends on your device and OS. Degree is an angle indicator and a motion game, not a precision measuring instrument. Keep a secure grip and move gently.
