Fix your app - crashing every time I use it (17 pro max)

You Ruined What Was Once the Best Colour Grading App

I have used Dehancer for years and honestly thought it was the best colour grading app I had ever used. I loved using it. It was simple. It was responsive. It made grading feel enjoyable.

This latest UI and UX update has completely ruined that experience.

The app is now incredibly difficult to navigate and feels painfully unresponsive. Adding a photo or video takes far too long. Basic things that used to feel effortless now feel like a chore. I genuinely went from “I love using this app” to “I hate using this app and want my money back.”

Separating photos and videos has made the whole workflow unnecessarily complicated. I just want to add a video. Skim through the timeline. Apply my film presets and grade it. That should be incredibly simple.

Instead when I skim through the timeline of a video it starts flipping through other files in the project. Why? I am trying to navigate the video I am editing. I should not be jumping between completely different files. It makes no sense and is incredibly frustrating.

Then there is exporting. If I have multiple files in a project and choose Max Resolution I get HD HD HD HD HD HD HD SD SD SD SD SD. What am I supposed to understand from that? Why is this presented this way? The entire process feels unnecessarily confusing.

The grading tools are still excellent. The app around them has become a nightmare.

I honestly cannot understand how this update made it through testing. Did anyone actually sit down and use this workflow from start to finish? Did anyone try editing multiple videos and exporting them?

Dehancer used to be an app I opened because I enjoyed using it. Now I find myself avoiding it.

Please stop adding complexity to something that was already great. The old experience had joy in it. This update has taken that away completely.

Películas não carrega no meu iPhone 16 pro Max

Na parte de filmes( películas) não aparece as opções de película para mim… a ferramenta está vazia … como corrigir isso?

Love it but slight issue

Always love using Dehancer for grading my phone footage but I’ve noticed of late that whenever I want to crop the footage to 2.35:1 I’m left with a large black rectangle atop the footage with the crop placed at the bottom of a seemingly 16:9 video.

Hoping this issue is rectified. Also perhaps down the line, a custom ratio crop feature?

Severe lag

Upgrading to the paid version broke the app performance. Video playback stutters, and the UI like effect carousels and adjustment sliders lags heavily. On top of that, the in-app 'Get Support' option is entirely non-functional. Definitely not worth $90.

Honestly, this is everything I’ve been looking for in a photo app. It’s super simple easy to use in the film looks are unmatched. I love how it matches the way I think about my photography working within projects and the export feature is super awesome.

Интерфейс относительно прежней версии – просто ужасный. Вы пожалуйста, хотя бы тестируйте и собирайте фидбек прежде чем такое выкатывать. Дизайнеры бездари. Пользоваться не удобно, интерфейс глючный, не приятный, никакой тактильности. Огромные кнопки, которые перекрывают фото и в целом занимают много пространства. Вся интуитивная магия и логика обработки пропала.

Was great - update no good

This app was fantastic. Since the update multiple things don’t work or show you real time corrections. Colour tones, halation, blur all don’t do anything when adjusted in the app. Please fix this.

Disappointed!

I’m very disappointed with the new update. It’s much less comfortable to use now, and I’ve lost all the presets and color settings I created over the last year. There’s currently no way to save these settings for future use, which is extremely frustrating.

The software was already expensive, but with these changes, it’s no longer cost-effective or practical for my workflow.

Поменялись в не лучшую сторону(

Люблю dehancer и пользуюсь ofx в давинчи. Часто использовал и на телефоне, сейчас зашел впервые после долгой паузы в приложение и новый интерфейс это просто ужас, зачем то разграничили настройки на basic и advance хотя dehancer изначально приложение для тех кто понимает какие и зачем крутит «крутилки», стало очень не удобно использовать, старая версия нравилась больше, даже жалко что на iOS не получится откатить назад.

Спасибо за ваш отзыв! С помощью разделения настроек на Basic и Advanced мы постарались упростить работу с приложением для более широкой аудитории пользователей. При этом все инструменты, которые были доступны в предыдущих версиях, по-прежнему присутствуют и доступны для более глубокой и гибкой цветокоррекции.

Все стало плохо

С предпоследней версии каждый раз тупит пр открытии, подгружает какие-то профили, запуск приложения занимает 5 минут! Регистрация постоянно слетает. Какие-то проектв добавили, что сильно усложняет обработку. Ужасный пользовательский опыт.

Спасибо за отзыв! В последней версии 6.2 мы убрали автоматическую проверку профилей при каждом запуске — теперь наличие и актуальность профилей проверяются в фоновом режиме, без задержки открытия приложения. Проекты были добавлены для того, чтобы помогать сохранять консистентный лук сразу между несколькими медиа, что упрощает потоковую обработку.

Ужасное последнее обновление

Ужасное последнее обновление - настройки экспорта просто смешные, теперь нельзя настроить подходящий битрейт и экспортировать в 4к. Качество видео после экпорта очень сильно теряется и ты не можешь это настроить. Интерфейс стал менее удобным. Теперь при входе в Dehancer я ожидаю 20 секунд, в то время как в прошлой версии я входил в приложение моментально. Зачем то добавили неудобные проекты. До последнего обновления это было хорошее приложение…
Могу я откатиться на прошлую версию?

В следующем обновлении мы исправим автоматический выбор битрейта при экспорте, а также добавим возможность выбирать более высокий битрейт при необходимости.
