Dekar

Birthdays are easy to remember and surprisingly hard to get right. Dekar is not another app that shouts "it's someone's birthday!" and leaves you to guess what to do about it. It helps you remember people the way they actually want to be remembered. ADD A BIRTHDAY ONCE Dekar counts the days and reminds you three times: in time to plan, in time to prepare, and on the morning itself. STOP GUESSING People say how they would like to be celebrated - a message, time together, an act of service, a donation to a cause, or no gift at all. You stop buying candles for someone who wanted a phone call. WRITE SOMETHING WORTH READING Dekar drafts a message from what you already know about a person, shows you what it drew on, and hands it to you to edit. It never sends anything on your behalf. TOGETHER, ONLY IF YOU WANT A Smara Circle can be you and one other person. Nothing here needs a big group, and nothing is shared until you choose to share it. Your private notes stay private. Dekar does not sell personal data, does not use celebration information for advertising, and does not read your address book - if you import birthdays, it reads only the names and birthdays of the contacts you pick. Dekar Plus is an optional subscription that removes the limits on people and circles and adds photos and voice notes. Monthly and yearly options are available, and it is not required to use Dekar. Dekar Plus Monthly is a 1-month auto-renewable subscription and Dekar Plus Yearly is a 1-year auto-renewable subscription. The price for your region is shown in the app before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
