About
Universal questionnaire application which can be used to perform:
- audit checklists
- mystery shopping results
- coaching checklists
- nonconformities reports
- construction audit reports
- customer satisfaction surveys
How it works:
1) Sign up using your DEKRA credentials
2) Select the questionnaire you want to fill
3) Answer the questions in any order you wish, online or offline and when you're ready, click on 'Finish'
Benefits:
- DEKRA proprietary application which can cover a high range of use cases across the organization, accessible using your existing credentials
- Possibility to attach files as answers to the questions, e.g. photos, documents, etc.
- Possibility to set a deadline for the questionnaire, as well as a period of time when it's available
- Offline use (an internet connection is necessary to install the application/receive the questionnaires assigned to you and to send the results back for processing)
- Time effective setup of the new questionnaires by an administrator, as well as making them available automatically to the designated users
