Great service, but with frustrations
The service is great, but:
- Uploading more than about 5 photos at a time to a ticket will cause file names (and often notes) to be inexplicably erased for any photos that scroll beyond the edge of the screen.
- You must stay on the photo upload page until all photos are uploaded, this will not continue in the background.
- Opening app notifications will just open the app, and will not take you to the ticket that the notification is for…except on lucky rare occasions
- When scrolling through ANY list of tickets, the app will often refresh the list…and then suddenly put you back at the top of the list, requiring you to scroll all the way through everything again, until it refreshes again, causing you to do it all over again.
