Poor design
App does not work offline as advertised. This is HUGE due to working in an area where cell service is limited. Entering airplane mode and turning off the WiFi as the documentation says, does nothing. I am greeted with a long loading notification follow by a failure to load appointment.
Issue after issue
If I could do zero stars I would. I’ve seen people leaving reviews about the issues I’ve also been having and someone asking for an email or a soon resolution. Unfortunately nothing has been solved even after sending them an email and being told they’d get back to me. The app crashes every single time it’s left in the background. It’s really annoying and ads up to a lot of time by the end of the day. I have to sit several minutes waiting for routes to load just for it to crash and zoom out. I truly hope they get an update out soon. It’s making efficiency impossible

App suggestions
This isn’t a review, but instead suggestion. Can you incorporate a completed and incomplete section under my routes so that you can hide and show the stops you completed that day to make it cleaner while going through your day?
Worst work app ever.
This is hands down the worst app for work and or routes ever, that I have had to deal with. Bar none, crashes every other stop if not more. Don’t use it. Find another app
Buggy mess
I have to constantly reinstall this app multiple times a week becuz it’s too incompetent to just work. Nothing in this app works as intended. I can’t even scroll through my options on my routes it’s just frozen there half the time. The other half of the time I’m sitting there while it’s buffering just trying to load my routes for the day so I end up having to sit here and waste my precious time trying to find my work for the day. Been using this app for over 2 years and couldn’t possibly in my right mind ever recommend this MESS to anyone. And I’ve used both android and iPhone throughout so I don’t know what excuse they have for their app .
