It’s very annoying to have to change my password every time I want to log in. No it doesn’t remember it. No you can’t use face recognition for it. This is absolutely ridiculous I never expected an app to be this disorganized.
App not working
I use to love the app loved the fact that I could lock and unlock my card and other a simple tap and allow only the transactions that I want to go though but now I can’t get the app to log in and card is stuck in the lock option now I have to go though the struggle of calling or going in person to a bank to get my card unlocked

Not working
Had the app and was working fine, tried to long in this morning and said invalid password, no matter what I tried couldn’t login. Called Del-one and they unlocked my card, and told me I’d have to start over. We’ll that’s not working either, what the heck🤦🏻
Won’t allow me to log in
I have the del one mobile banking app and logged in with no issue, I update this app and try to log in and it says invalid.. it’s been saying this for a couple months now🤦🏾♀️and I can’t get help.. it would really be useful to see my transactions and adjust my spending limits and lock my card, but now can’t even access that on my phone 🤦🏾♀️smh

Horrible App waste of space on phone
Every time I try to login it tells me my login or password is incorrect. And yet I can login easily online or on the regular app. Definitely don’t recommend and any update they have had hasn’t fixed the issue.
Used to be good
This app used to be half way decent, but now there’s no way in this app or the regular banking app to lock my card if I’ve misplaced it. I was told months ago the app was going through some “technical glitches,” but they have yet to be corrected I guess. I just want to be able to lock my card and see the transactions again 😩

Terrible
Updated the app & now all of a sudden my information isn’t valid. Please fix this app, I have stuff to do & can’t do it unless this issue is fixed.
Can’t sign in
I updated the app and tried to log back in and of course I couldn’t remember my log in information, but it doesn’t offer you any other way to log back in like “forgot password”. So now it’s just stuck and I can’t access my information. I would give it more than one star but an update shouldn’t have just kicked you out and put you in limbo with no way to get back in, just fix the app.

Not working
This has not worked since the system update. It keeps telling me that my login is incorrect, yet it’s the same login for Del-One accounts and I log into that fine. Everyone is having the same issue so I don’t understand why it hasn’t been addressed.

Absolutely the worst banking app ever. Nothing ever works. I always have to physically go to the bank and I hardly have time! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

New Card Control ?
I have tried since the last week in April after Del One “closed down” & reopened the new enhanced banking system to open Card Control. It keeps saying my password log in is not valid. I am stuck in limbo. I can’t open it; I try to download from apps, no go. I also cannot see any of my credit card transactions. If Del One wanted to update they should have everything in place. I put a limit on the amount I can use at any purchase with my credit card but now I can’t change it. Terrible way to do business. I’ve been their customer 40+ years but if it isn’t fixed soon I’m going to another bank. Also you get no response when you email or text question. Big change from how they used to be.

WORST BANK EVER
The bank, the apps, ALL horrible. The customer service is the worst, and one branch is closed so there are only two working branches in the entire state! What bank does that! I’d rather have a Rush Card than bank with Del-One. Don’t waste your time and spare your mental health and just bank elsewhere.

Ever since this app updated I’ve been having trouble logging in and there’s no way to reset your password this is frustrating I need this to work I can’t even access my money because it’s on lock. This is very stupid and someone needs to fix it.
