New version harder to use
Please bring back the previous version. This seems like a change for the sake of change. Why can’t I see all my accounts on one page? All the previous functions are still there but in different locations. It is much more cumbersome to use from a user perspective.
New updated app
It’s horrible. Bring back the old app.
Why change a good thing
Had this app for 10 years no issues ever. Point blank. Then they update it and I can hardly ever log in. Constant issues and bugs. Stop changing things thinking it’s better. It’s not it sucks.
Too Many Challenges
I’m sure it’s a good app when it works consistently. Unfortunately I had too many hiccups with mine. I have multiple bank apps that work well but WSFS is not one of them. I had gone so far as to close my account due to my dissatisfaction. I did tell bank personnel that I may try again next year.

If you don't like the Aug 2026 update…
This isn't the place to let them know! I doubt they even bother to read these reviews.
I have found that if you use the WSFSBANK.COM website and look for "Secure Messaging" you can get a message to them which will get read and a reply sent back to you. This feature may be on the app, but I haven't found it (yet).
If enough people complain about features lost (no longer able to use a PIN, works only in portrait mode on iPad, etc) MAYBE they will get these lost features, and other problems you may have, corrected.
I'm tired of having things which previously worked just fine taken away or replaced by things they force on us.
