New update is horrible. The user experience was much better in the previous version. Not even able to see total credit card charge or pay card without being taken to an external website. Much less user friendly then before.

Outdated & Not User Friendly

This app is terrible for mobile banking. It crashes out during simple operations frequently. I can never see the transaction history on my credit card. The card payment method just recently updated to the archaic format and method used on the desktop server. Plus when I want to redeem credit card rewards they put me through this whole process where I need to enter my account and routing numbers just to get my cash back. This apps awful, I have accounts with other banks and can say comparatively WSFS is way behind. Thinking of closing my account with them all together.

You went from a beautiful native app to a clunky web app. Looks and feels like garbage.

Silly update

So now, you must use the app in portrait mode. No more landscape mode on my iPad. Please get some professional programmers over there.

New version harder to use

Please bring back the previous version. This seems like a change for the sake of change. Why can’t I see all my accounts on one page? All the previous functions are still there but in different locations. It is much more cumbersome to use from a user perspective.
