The new changes are HORRIBLE.
The old app/website was extremely easy to download my activity to a CSV file, but the new changes didn't have a "clean, easy" way to find that option.
I had to call customer support to help me and it took 5 steps to get to where the old format got me in 2 steps.
I don't know why these changes are supposed to be improvements if it takes me more steps and time to do what I need to do!

My wife and I are both on the account but the app only recognizes her phone for verification and will not accept my Face ID. Problem!

I do not like the changes
I can no longer make notes for my transactions and I can no longer schedule a transfer for a date in the future. Please bring back these options.

I always have problems with my app I have to continuously reinstall it and then sometimes it still doesn’t work. It only works if I go to the website and put on my login information. I even called to see if I was locked out, but I wasn’t. It’s very inconvenient to have to go onto the website to check my balance.

The WSFS website is very easy to work with. It provides everything I need to do in most cases. I love banking with WSFS.!!!

Overall great app, easy to use and reliable. Two improvement opportunities would be 1) that you could access more history, and 2) that you could manage the WSFS credit card on the app (currently limited to just seeing some recent transactions).

The whole point of mobile deposit is to make it convenient for the customer although the deposit limitations makes things extremely difficult where you have to go to bank to up the transaction account and get approvals from bank managers

Love the app, but the last few months I have not received notifications when I use my debit card.

Only took these idiots 10 years longer then everyone else to get a working app I don’t need 3 sign pages to deposit a check.
Login issue
I constantly get logged out on the app and the credentials don’t save. When I then type them in manually, then it says login is invalid and must reset my password. Face ID doesn’t work either. I’ve reset my password NUMEROUS times now and it’s just annoying.
