I always have problems with my app I have to continuously reinstall it and then sometimes it still doesn’t work. It only works if I go to the website and put on my login information. I even called to see if I was locked out, but I wasn’t. It’s very inconvenient to have to go onto the website to check my balance.

The WSFS website is very easy to work with. It provides everything I need to do in most cases. I love banking with WSFS.!!!

Overall great app, easy to use and reliable. Two improvement opportunities would be 1) that you could access more history, and 2) that you could manage the WSFS credit card on the app (currently limited to just seeing some recent transactions).

The whole point of mobile deposit is to make it convenient for the customer although the deposit limitations makes things extremely difficult where you have to go to bank to up the transaction account and get approvals from bank managers

Only took these idiots 10 years longer then everyone else to get a working app I don’t need 3 sign pages to deposit a check.
Login issue
I constantly get logged out on the app and the credentials don’t save. When I then type them in manually, then it says login is invalid and must reset my password. Face ID doesn’t work either. I’ve reset my password NUMEROUS times now and it’s just annoying.

Good App
It is a good app easy to use. The deposit amount is limited and should be higher, I would suggest $10,000, instead of $3,000. Also, I suggest you provide account and routing number for users while using the app.
App keeps freezing
Always having to update my user ID information and password because the app keeps freezing and says information is no longer valid

Irritating
My app keeps kicking me out. It won’t take my Face ID. I can’t get in sometimes I gotta remember my password. I’ve changed my password 20 times because it’s locked me out. When it works, it’s great.
