Well the App isn’t working

Well, for the past 2-3 weeks I can’t use the app, it just shows a white screen…would love to submit an issue but yah know, app doesn’t work.

Don’t bank with them!!

Worst customer service ever biggest mistake I made making them my primary bank they save yourself the frustration someone needs to start a class action lawsuit!!!!!

Regret getting this loan

I regret getting this loan from Del-One. Wish I could go back to Truist! What difference does it make what external account I’m using? Just let me make the payment! This is absolutely atrocious!
