E Newspaper doesn’t work

My subscription is paid in full and I am currently logged in to my account. However, since the recent app update, I erroneously receive a message that the E Newspaper if available to subscribers only. I am a subscriber! This has happened following prior app updates and required additional updates to correct the problem. I presently have no electronic access to my paid in full newspaper. Print Delivery is also unreliable

I have heard people denigrate the News Journal and certainly it isn’t the NYT’s. But I’m grateful that we still have a hometown paper as I feel it is important to keep up on local news. However, I would like more complete world news coverage. Also, I don’t seem to be able to access the editorial page so I hope someone can help me do that. And sometimes the app is quirky to navigate Iike when I’ve read it all and then it sort of won’t allow me to go back. I know this is a difficult time for journalism so please stick with it. It’s SO important. Thank you.
