Getting Worse
This app used to be very good, but it keeps getting worse with every update. Recently they have made it so that you can only pay using upi by writing your upi id and sending a request. Such a stupidly complicated system for no reason. Earlier we could just pay directly via a upi app. They introduce dumb new features like this every update. Please fire the developers and hire a new team.

Too many side features
This app lost its true purpose. Now you can book hell lot of other stuff, making the app super heavy and requiring strong internet connection. During on the go journey, it Takes a minute to load station list. Earlier it used to work seamlessly.

No use of using the app as it doesn’t register either the exit or entry and then it won’t let you but a new ticket also
You compare it with metro card but atleast card registers the exit and if it doesn’t the counter people can at-least clear it but the app won’t work in that part too
I’ve recharged my virtual card for 1k now it’s stuck there idle because im not able to use my money for the travel

Slow UI - too many steps to access virtual card
It is currently very difficult to access the virtual smart card in the app. The application is quite laggy, and it often takes a long time for the smart card to load at the exit gates. Because of this delay, people end up waiting in long queues just to access the gates.
I kindly request that the process be simplified. For example, integrating the card with Apple Wallet or providing a quick-access feature such as an active notification or shortcut could allow users to access the card instantly. This would significantly improve the experience and reduce waiting time at the gates.

Smart card missing after update
I recently upgraded the app in February 2026 and I can see It is not showing the smart card. I had the balance in my card, but now it is not showing.
