Your app sucks
The app sucks. Does anyone actually go through to read these reviews to fix them or do you guys just ignore everything? Where is the quality control?
App not accepted at all store
I place an advance order in the app and an hour later the store did not get my order. Even with the store confirmation on the order the store refuse to fill my order. The male employee said the app is not connected with store then why have a deli delicious app if this doesnât not connected with store listed. Iâm not sure it was shady. The employee didnât even look and was dismissive.

App and website DO NOT WORK
Your website and ordering platform, both online and through the app, is horrible! Online, I click on the sandwich type, chicken, then it takes me to the chicken sandwich options. Then when I click on the one I want, it takes me back to the previous page. Over and over again.
On the app, I am trying to reset my password and after clicking on the link in the email, the webpage NEVER loads.
I want to order online or through the app so I can take advantage of the deli delicious promotion thatâs starts today, which requires to order online, but I canât!
Please get someone to fix this!

Has been broken for several months. I used to order from their old app 1-2x per week but they overhauled the app sometime last year and now you cannot sign in. I have ordered through the browser a few times since but it was annoying on mobile.
But now the mobile browser doesnât work either after several month hiatus. I literally canât sign in to order which is required for online ordering

Wonât save passwords on Iphone
It wonât save passwords on IPhone to the deli delicious app, it creates a password for some marketing company instead, and the app wonât work or sign in, and they disabled the online website login. Garbage, and I wonât be ordering from them as a result.
Can't sign in.
The app will not allow me to sign in. It keeps telling me my password is not valid no matter how many times I reset it.
Many Login Issues
I have tried multiple times to login, change my password, reboot etc. but nothing works. I had no problem with the website and it uses a different password! So frustrating because you can only use the coupons on the app which I canât get into.
How do you break your own app this bad?
The app was great a few years ago. Now it doesnât even allow you to log in. You canât order or even view the menu. Very bizarre.
Cannot reset password
Iâve tried several times to reset my password. I did not receive an email notification. Searches in my junk mail and nothing. Very frustrating since I canât access my points balance.
Bad App Design
I like the sandwiches here and so Iâm stuck using it. It doesnât easily allow you to view stores youâve historically bought from. Navigating menus makes sense but itâs easy to do a mis-input that makes you restart the entire order.

App is horrible
Doesnât let you log into your account, the only option is yo register for an account which doesnât let you because you already have an account. Then thereâs stores that offer pick up and delivery but you canât even order. Its horrible.
The app that isnât
This app never works. The coupons never work. It took forever to verify my email. Donât recommend this app.
Rewards
Like the app and how easy it is to use but Iâve made 4 orders since having the app and have yet seen any rewards given. Please fix.
