Inoperable
How in the world is it that this app crashes and is inoperable for months at a time? Updates, delete and reinstall—doesn’t work for me or anyone else.

Unable to use the app, because it crashes upon opening. It used to work great! Uninstall/reinstall hasn’t helped.

Access to my critical customer data on the go
I love using Delighted to survey my customers and track their health via NPS. Unfortunately if a customer reported an issue in the survey, I wouldn’t see it if I wasn’t on my laptop. Now I can check on surveys and see my overall score at any time. Data syncing works great and I can even submit comments to track customer follow-up with my team members. Thanks Delighted- this is an awesome app!

Limited Functionality
Was expecting more than being limited to just the last 30 day NPS score. No filtering of responses - just one endless scroll of survey feedback. App very lacking and undoubtedly recommend accessing account through mobile web instead.

Great to have this with me everywhere I go. Please add the ability to tag survey responses from the app.
