Please update the app where we can see exchanges the three Lowe’s I run for have went paperless I don’t know what is an exchange unless the customer says something and I call the store to confirm

Worst app

App always has issues.

Was not optimal, now less optimal

As of 9/28/25 the app had updated. The look stays the same, you can now scroll through the trucks without having to wait for the list to load. We have however lost the ability to look at customer phone numbers after the stop is completed. There are several reasons why this is an issue.
The app still hides the details of the delivery behind the services option, which still can’t be accessed without pressing arrive. You still have to go into the job blind as to what it is you’re actually doing at the house.
The app now also no longer allows speech to text, which was very useful for notes on certain jobs while moving fast.
Allow the delivery team to see phone numbers after a job is completed, allow them to open the services without having to arrive at the location, and bring back speech to text. The app is getting better, but holds itself back.
An app that could be good, but continues to be various forms of almost bad.

Not good

Logs me out every time I try to go back into it. Needs to go back to two or three updates ago. Older versions were so much bettter. So inconvenient when your in a customers home and it logs out for no reason. Worst app I’ve ever used for a job.

Malfunction

I've been using this application for over two years, and unfortunately, I've noticed that with each update, instead of fixing existing problems, the situation gets worse. While it's the application I need for my work, I believe it would be beneficial to invest in ensuring better performance and stability, as it handles images of great importance to both the consumer and the provider.

Easily the worst app I’ve ever been forced to use for work. It’s buggy, constantly crashes, logs you out for no reason, and half the time the info doesn’t even show up correctly on the receiving end. It’s a required tool, but it feels completely unfinished. Routes glitch out, updates don’t sync, and calling dispatch doesn’t resolve anything on your end, just theirs. For something that’s supposed to make deliveries easier, it somehow makes everything more difficult. Needs a complete overhaul.

Whoever is updating this app has never done a delivery in their life. It used to be better. I used to be able to see exactly what I was delivering the moment I clicked on a customer’s name. Now I have to dig even deeper. I hate that you’ve made it so that I have to have an active connection to the internet to even see which customers I need to deliver to. Ridiculous when I go through areas with no service. Do better

Functional but not optimal

The new update has changed the look. It doesn’t crash near as much anymore. It still randomly kicks me and makes me sign back in but it’s a lot better than what was before. My one and only huge complaint is the service details box is hidden behind the arrive button. With Lowe’s on time delivery policy, it’s impossible to view pickup orders or to check if there is Haul aways on stops you haven’t arrived at yet. We have to go in blind.

How is it possible that you guys actually make something worse by updating it? If I could give you half a star, I would.

They somehow made it worse, again

I just don’t even know where to start with this. It’s a barely functional app that has zero practicality to it. Nobody who’s ever used a digital form would ever find this accessible.

This app is similar to trash, not working, delay every time, etc etc

Worst Driver App

By far the worst delivery driver app, user interface very poor almost every other stop. It logged me out and I have to log back in take my truck number, etc. you are not able to really do much on the app compared to other driver apps that I have used. Lowes is also just a horrible company to work for slave labor no work life balance at all

Can’t log in

Only option seems to be your regular Lowe’s app login credentials but they don’t work. No option to reset password. Or any alternative. Stuck. I’m not even sure that app will be useful to me so doubt I’ll ever get it worked out. .

too far

the app was alright on 4/9/25, it had all the information on one screen when you clicked on and order. now everything is on a different screen, you guys have tried to hard and made our jobs harder.
