This app makes my job slower

This app needs a major update. It freezes after I scan my boxes and equipment for my run, forcing me to close it and reopen it to find nothing was scanned. Sometimes, I scan items on my run and it says they’re not on my run, even though they match the numbers on my run.

Please update your app so that iPhone 17 pro max can use . Every other I phone works just not the new one

Camera

Ever since i updated my phone to the iPhone 17 the app Won’t allow me to take photos. Once i press on the camera icon the app shuts off and goes back to the phones Home Screen.
