This app makes my job slower
This app needs a major update. It freezes after I scan my boxes and equipment for my run, forcing me to close it and reopen it to find nothing was scanned. Sometimes, I scan items on my run and it says they’re not on my run, even though they match the numbers on my run.

Please update your app so that iPhone 17 pro max can use . Every other I phone works just not the new one
Camera
Ever since i updated my phone to the iPhone 17 the app Won’t allow me to take photos. Once i press on the camera icon the app shuts off and goes back to the phones Home Screen.

The app it’s shuts down by itself when you try to take a picture. It looks like it doesn’t support iPhone 17 Pro Max.

The app was going really well for me, but now when I click on the picture icon to take a picture of my license and medical ID, the app suddenly crashes on me. I’ve done everything I could think of to trouble shoot, but to no avail.

Not intuitive
I don’t like the app, it’ll have you keep a giant load on all day as your last stop when it should be your first. Doesn’t account for common sense scenarios, RXO wants us to call every morning before work if we want to make a route change. I would literally have to call every single morning before work because of this app.

Need to get that fixed
The new update don’t like it. Can’t touch the phone numbers to call the customer direct have to go through multiple screens and type the number in the old-fashioned way on the phone

Overall great app to manage and move through however the map keeps showing up in the middle of the Arctic Ocean even though it knows where I’m at and it stopped showing my route in the map which just makes route planning longer on my end
