App not working
I’m having the same issue, the app won’t open. I click on it and it closes immediately. I also pay a monthly plan to be able to use it often.
App issues
Something is wrong with app. I click on it & it just kicks me off. I deleted it & installed it & it’s still doing it. This is an app I use at least 3x a week. This began happening since the new iOS update. I also have bite squad which y’all are the same company but though I already paid my monthly delivery charge on delivery bites it won’t pick it up on Bite squad. Please fix app!!! I use it weekly!

Great app
Definitely have to appreciate the fact that these guys deliver all types of food. It has been great using the service. My gf and i have placed 4 different order and food has arrived hot/warm every time. We just signed up for the unlimited free delivery for $5 a month. that’s how reliable these guys are.

No more cash payments
I was very sad to hear they stopped accepting cash payments... it was so convenient.. only reason I stopped using ... Jess
Not mad just disappointed
I never thought we would have to come to this but after great delivery’s for my food and prices going up by a little bit you forced me to stop using this service when you removed the option to pay upon delivery.... farewell delivery bite you have served me well but it’s time to say goodbye.
Hard pass
Honestly when I heard about it I was excited bcs I was tired of having to order dominos every single time and this offered variety. However it’s so pricy!! And not worth it. It takes an hour to deliver and food that would normally cost me $8-10 would end up being $22. It’s crazy how an 8-pervive Chick-fil-A nugget combo totaled to $26. I feel like it would be great if you ordered in groups but it also takes about 1-2 hrs so you would have to order ahead of time.

I don't even have to leave the house!
I love this business. Overall it is perfect. There is an occasional mistake but what business doesn't have mistakes. Maybe the drivers could verify order upon pickup from restaurant but other than that...my lazy bum sits at home and that's genius :)
Disappointed
I stopped using the service often since last year after multiple instances of horrible customer service from the people who answer the phones at the main station. Late and Incorrectly made orders because the main center was relaying orders over the phone to the restaurants. The main center almost never called to inform me delivery would be late and when I would call they were very unapologetic and honestly downright ruse. The drivers always provided excellent service every time. This app and the website provide no way to redeem reward points. It's really annoying having to login with the app and give iOS location permission every time. The loss of my favorite restaurant 'Las Rocas' has also contributed to me not using this service very much. I used to love this service in 2012 and 2013 and recommend it to friends, family, and guests at the hotel I worked at. Lucky for this company it's the only restaurant delivery service in the area. I now exclusively order delivery with Dominos and Jason's Deli who know how to treat their customers.
