So frustrating
I want to like this app so much because they are locally owned instead of DoorDash. But it’s just such a poor experience.
The food is always much later than they say it will be, by at least 30 minutes in my experience. I’ve had times when it was over an hour late. For example, tonight I ordered at 5:24. It was supposed to arrive between 6:04-6:14. It actually arrived at 6:51.
If you have a gift card but it doesn’t cover the full amount of your order, they will just reject it and you can’t use it on the app.
The driver status still says “at restaurant” long after they’ve left the restaurant.
Many of the menus are organized weirdly. For example, on the menu for Mosaic in Northampton, there are multiple categories called “sandwiches and crepes” and there’s different stuff in each one. So it takes a while to poke around and find what you’re looking for.
I really need to stop trying to convince myself it’s ever going to get better and just delete the app once and for all.

App is poorly made. Waste of time ordering through here. Super long wait times compared to competitors such as DoorDash. App doesn’t update on drivers movements, stays stuck on ‘driver waiting at restaurant’. Estimated time just keeps increasing and food arrives cold

I order from the Taste on the app and it was super fast it only took 30 mins to arrive! I would def use this app again!

Pretty good service. Their website sometimes malfunctions though, and their service stops serving fairly early.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this service. They are poorly organized and understaffed. Average experience has been 2-3 hrs for a delivery.
