Always loading
Keeps freezing and runs really slow. It’s always loading and takes awhile to recover.

Absolutely true on a pencil and paper being an upgrade but I’ll settle for taking pictures of paperwork, emailing to the back office and losing productivity reinstalling over and over this app and fighting with invisible entry boxes and unfriendly GUI time entry updates. The good reviews must be written by the developers themselves. Very small lightweight app so I understand it’s prone to issues.

Worst App ever
Worst App I have ever used. Freezes up every time I touch the screen. A paper and pencil would be an upgrade.

Upgrade is a down grade.....slow to respond....information disappears........get direction feature no longer works

Would be great if you could see previous 5 days of orders. Also would be nice to add an Arrived at Customer on the change of status menu.

Game Changer!
Very robust application that allows us to quickly communicate with drivers and bill our clients almost immediately. It also eliminated the need to have clerks manually entering data! Awesome application!
