Absolute puzzle how to use

This publisher needs to get 21st century technology. It’s totally un-user-friendly and confusing. Modernize please!

Great way to keep up with Houston

We moved from Houston several years ago but we still have a loft in downtown Houston and I like to keep up with what is happening in Houston. This is such a accurate way to keep up.

How can I access the content?

New users can purchase subscriptions within the app to access its features. Existing subscribers to the print or digital edition may be able to use their current subscription to view app features, though not all subscription types are currently supported. The app also mentions a free trial period if offered.

What are the subscription options and renewal policies?

Subscriptions are managed through iTunes Account and automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their Account Settings. No cancellation is allowed during an active subscription period.

Is this app available on all devices?

The description does not explicitly state compatibility with specific operating systems or devices. However, it mentions that subscriptions are managed via iTunes Account, suggesting it is likely available on iOS devices. Further information can be obtained by contacting them directly.

Can I use my website subscription to access app content?

No, app subscriptions do not include access to subscription-only content on the website. Subscriptions purchased within the app are valid only for the features of that specific app. The app is continually being updated with more options.
