I want my money back

I tried to use this app to recover some deleted text messages. When I clicked to do a 3-day trial, they charged my Apple Mastercard. I have sent two emails asking for my money back because I couldn't recover them through this app--though I did manage to recover them. They have not responded at all. They apparently want people to give them a 5-star rating to get the trial, which means they want people to be deceptive by giving a 5-star review before they even try the app. I would like my money back, please.
