Online face recognition
Mobile generally works well; however I don’t know if it’s because of security but too often I have to enter my password when the facial recognition should be saved in and work. This is sometimes inconvenient.

Have had nothing but problems out of this new app. Absolutely hate it!
Transaction controls will change on their own
If you use the app with the idea of using transaction controls to prevent unattended purchases or identity theft, be aware the app will occasionally change certain settings you have selected.
Love the app, but…
Please fix it where Face ID works again. I open the app, get prompted for Face ID, receive the checkmark, but then I still have to enter my password. That is the only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5.
Log in issues
Every time I try to log in, it tells me that it was unsuccessful for no reason!! I can put the password in 15 times and it will tell me the same thing every time!! Super annoying! How can y’all have my money but I can’t even access the app to check on it?!
