Crashing Everynight

The bank app is great throughout the day. But around 8-9 pm it crashes any deposits/withdraws that were made that day disappear and it doesn’t show an accurate balance on my account. It’s really aggravating. I should be able to check my account balance at anytime and it be accurate. When the Cross Keys still had the app it hardly ever glitched.

Not up to standards

Switched to this because my old bank merged with Planters. So sad, I can’t operate this app and logs me out constantly. This app needs serious IT help!
