Needs lots of work
I have the monitor and it works great the app can use a lot of work and I hope someone can add these features. They send you alerts when it detects sound, but the notification doesn’t make any noise when you get it. So if the baby’s crying and you’re in your own room, it’s up to you to hear them cry because the app doesn’t actually make any noise to notify you. It’s just a silent notification. Any beep or noise would be great because it would take my child screaming for at least 30ish minutes just for me to wake up to her crying. Another feature they should add would be how you can have the monitor playing on the background of your phone kinda how YouTube works. I can play a YouTube video and swipe out of YouTube and it would be minimized on my screen. That would work better for people that don’t have an IPad. If I want to see her I wouldn’t be able to use my phone. During the day when she takes her nap this is difficult trying to work off my phone and then checking the app every 5ish minutes to make sure she didn’t turn over or that her swaddle isn’t over her face (I have a 1 month old) the app definitely needs some work, starting with the notifications having some type of noise to actually alert you out of your sleep. I’m a deep sleeper so my baby just spent an hour crying and I didn’t hear a single thing (we feed on demand so poor thing was starving and I had no idea she was even awake)

Great app for baby monitor!!
I got the Smart Sleep Baby Monitor from Delta Children and love that this app is free and I don’t have to pay any subscription fees! I’m a first time mom and so far, I’m loving the app. I have it on my phone and iPad.
I can see a 360-degree view, get alerts, color video and night mode, and it plays sweet lullabies.

Worthless
I honestly am not sure I’ve used a worse app. The interface for guiding set up has terrible instructions that are largely useless and even once you guess right enough to get it connected, the bassinet doesn’t even respond to the app 90% of the time. The seriously could have created a better app in 15 minutes using ChatGPT.

Confusing, Low quality, Doesn’t work
I think they just hobbled something together to say “lOoK wE hAvE aN aPp!” Sad excuse for an app.
