Have to put my number in each time
Every time I try to order a cab I have to put in my phone number then wait for a security code to put in it’s a real pain, why can’t I set up an account that can be recognised
The old app was better
This app is useless, why change the old app. You type out a destination and it says it no longer exists.
Worst app worst taxi company
Delta claims best way to book a taxi is through the app but it’s not as I have screen shots you can not put Asda Aintree Ormskirk road as it does not exist according to delta delta app never heard of half these places that is most recognisable just a cheap knock off of uber app but the difference is uber app works

New updated app worse than ever
They removed the favourites list , they made the map unreliable, can’t reliable enter the drop off address anymore as 9 times out of 10 it will not recognise the drop off place you’re trying to make the app recognise.
Can’t enter destination
Rubbish update stranded with 4 bags.sort it out please
