Dementia Choices: Care Homes allows you to quickly assess your care home, unit or household with targeted questions creating an instant score, and recommendations generated for your environment. Developed by The Dementia Centre to demystify dementia-specific design. Use the app to find out whether you could be on track to receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze Accreditation with the Dementia Choices Assessment Program Saved results allow you to assess progress of multiple units/households over time. The Dementia Centre has a team of specialist consultants available to work through the recommendations with you. The Dementia Centre has been improving the quality of life for people with dementia for more than 20 years. We do this by providing research, consultancy and education informed by expertise in dementia, to people at all levels, from CEOs to family carers. We are constantly learning, reviewing the evidence base and seeking the views of people with dementia – a unique combination of research and real-life practicality.
