Updated and still glitching

I have been forced to use this app while gaining an apprenticeship. Glitch after glitch, lost entry after lost entry. No real way to reach the company’s support centre. Have later found out ready skills company has then told the company I work for the app has issues and to use it on a browser. This has worked for a while and now has glitches and lost 3 months worth of tasks. Thanks 👍🏼
